At Pet Parlour we firmly believe in ensuring that the environment that your pet is groomed in is best for your pet. That is why we only operate a 1:1 policy to ensure the most relaxed and comforting environment for your pet. Each of our groomers have their own dedicated room to be able to achieve a calm space for each dog. This method has been extremely successful with nervous or rescued pets, enabling them to relax and with less distraction, becoming accustom to the entire grooming process in their own time. Our handling policy is forcefree and we only use positive, reward based, kind and ethical techniques and will not force or de-matt dogs if this will cause discomfort or stress.
