At Pet Parlour we firmly believe in ensuring that the environment that your pet is groomed in is best for your pet. That is why we operate a 1:1 policy to ensure the most relaxed and comforting environment for your pet. Each of our groomers have their own dedicated room to be able to achieve a calm space for each dog. This method has been extremely successful with nervous or rescued pets, enabling them to relax and with less distraction, becoming accustom to the entire grooming process in their own time. Our handling policy is force free and we only use positive, reward based, kind and ethical techniques and will not force or de-matt dogs if this will cause discomfort or stress. We wish to consistently offer the best service with a personable approach ensuring lasting relationships with our customers, human and four legged friends.
